A Strata title subdivision project designed by Agcad Design. Comprising of 2 x two storey attached duplexes, this contemporary design includes Colourbond roof, PGH Expresso face bricks and a combination of Hardies Scyon Stria and Matrix external wall cladding.

Each townhouse has a mirrored floor plan and is finished with durable vinyl timber planks in Coastal Driftwood throughout with carpet to upstairs floors in units 3 & 4. Living, meals kitchen and laundry with separate WC downstairs and upstairs to 4 bedrooms, bathroom, walk in robe and ensuite to main bedroom.
