The combination of exterior clad walls with a Colorbond roof design sits beautifully within the heritage style village of East Maitland.

This 2-stage project includes 12 three-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units – including two ‘adaptable living’ units.  Both stages were completed within the contract period and on budget.
